How to delete your SportUP account

You can delete your SportUP account from the web or the app. If you’re in any upcoming or ongoing competitions, you must wait for them to finish or withdraw before deleting your account. If you’re assigned as an admin, another admin must remove your admin status first.

Once you have deleted your data, it is permanently deleted from our system. All of your personally identifying information such as email, saved credit cards, name, and photo, will be deleted or anonymized immediately.

How to delete your account through the SportUP website

1. On app.sportup.com.au, after logging in, click on your profile icon located on the top right of your screen

2. Beside the name of your profile, click on "Manage Account"

3. Scroll down to "Delete Account"

4. For security purposes, you may be asked to re-enter your login details

5. Confirm your account deletion

1. From the app, tap on the profile icon to go to your profile page

2. Tap on the settings gear in the top right corner of your profile page

3. From the Settings page, tap on “Delete Account”

4. For security purposes, you may be asked to re-enter your login details

5. Confirm your account deletion
