Remember When?

Remember when you’d race home from school, toss your backpack in the hallway, and run straight outside to kick a ball with your mates?
No group chats. No endless scrolling. Just grass stains, belly laughs, and that one kid who insisted on making up their own rules.

Pure, simple fun. Well, guess what?

We’re bringing it back to the Sunshine Coast! But this time, there’s no bedtime, and you don’t have to be home when the streetlights come on.

How It All Started Back in 2017, SportUP Sunshine Coast kicked off with four friends, a pair of fold-out mini goals, and a patch of grass in the local park. By January 2018, we had our very first “real” season with  four teams.

And now? We’ve grown into the Sunshine Coast’s largest social sports club, with over 1,500 members swapping screen time for game time every single week. Not bad for a bunch of park kickarounds.

What We’re All About
Our mission is simple: Help you feel happier, laugh more, and get fit with friends.
We run fun, friendly competitions in Netball, Basketball, Soccer, and Volleyball across the Coast.
No trials, no pressure, no coach screaming from the sidelines. Just good vibes, social games, and plenty of high-fives.

When we say social, we mean it:
• Celebrate your epic fails as much as your epic goals
       • Giggle when someone trips over thin air
• Meet new mates who’ll soon feel like old ones
• Actually look forward to your weeknights (wild, right?)

Our Very Serious Business Values (Except we’re not really serious. At all.)
